Please note, this is an application for craftspeople offering handmade goods. Puerto Rico themed crafts are encouraged.
This free and authentic Puerto Rican festival, with Dallas as the central HUB for Texas’s first statewide Puerto Rican Parade Day, brings Puerto Ricans from all corners of the state together to celebrate their culture, heritage, and traditions. The event highlights local and international talent, captivating dance performances, vibrant floats, live music, engaging arts, and an atmosphere reminiscent of Puerto Rico’s colorful "fiestas patronales" and carnivals.
BOOTH AREA
Each Vendor booth is 10’x10’ and does not extend past those dimensions unless additional booth space has been purchased. Any signage or other objects placed outside of the booth must not intrude on neighboring booths. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, fans, extension cords, shade/tent, food/drink, etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TEXAS PUERTO RICAN DAY PARADE AND FESTIVAL
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and the Event Rules ("Rules") collectively form an agreement ("this Agreement") between the Texas Puerto Rico Day Parade and Festival, a Texas nonprofit corporation ("the Event Organizers" or "we" or "us" or "our") and the entity or individual ("the Applicant") named on the Application to which these Terms are attached. This Agreement shall remain valid and in effect for the Texas Puerto Rico Day Parade and Festival (the "Event") in Texas on June 7, 2025, beginning at 12:01 AM Central Time and ending at 11:59 PM Central Time.
The Event Organizers provide only the services explicitly outlined in the Terms, Rules, FAQ, and Application.
All fees and applicable taxes are specified in the Application and must be paid at the time of submission.
If a payment is declined, the Application will not be processed. We will attempt to contact the Applicant, but we are not responsible for resolving declined payments or allowing resubmission.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds under any circumstances.
The Event Organizers’ liability is strictly limited to the remedies stated in Section C of these Terms.
We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from circumstances including, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, fires, governmental actions, terrorism, equipment failure, or other situations beyond our control.
We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, theft, loss of profits, or any other damages suffered by the Applicant or any third party.
The Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizers, their officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the Event.
The Applicant is required to obtain general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $250,000 per occurrence and $500,000 aggregate. If applicable, vehicle insurance must also be maintained. Proof of coverage listing the Event Organizers as an additional insured must be provided upon request.
The Applicant is responsible for all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees, resulting from negligence, misconduct, or breach of this Agreement by the Applicant, their employees, representatives, or third-party contractors.
The Event Organizers expressly disclaim any warranties regarding participation in the Event, including but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
No guarantees are made regarding the number of attendees at the Event. The Applicant acknowledges that attendance is unpredictable and waives reliance on any projections or estimates.
The Applicant is granted a non-exclusive, limited license to participate in the Event, provided they comply with these Terms. This license may be revoked at our discretion if the Applicant or their representatives:
Violate any provision of this Agreement,
Engage in conduct detrimental to the Event or its participants,
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
If such violations occur, the Applicant may be required to leave the Event premises immediately.
Amendments: This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
Waiver: Any waiver must be in writing. A waiver of one provision does not constitute a waiver of any other provision.
Choice of Law & Venue: This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Assignment: Neither party may assign their rights or obligations without prior written consent.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
By submitting an Application, the Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
